ebinumThe Senior Special Assistant on Health Insurance Scheme to the Governor of Delta State Hon. Solomon Ebinum has described Senator Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, as a visionary leader who is getting it right and deeply committed to the state and its people.

Hon. Ebinum a former Secretary to the Ukwuani local government council, who played host to a group known as Achievers Forum at Obiaruku, the administrative headquarters of Ukwuani Local Government Area, led by Engr. Thompson Oyem, maintained that Okowa is a grassroots politician who is in touch with the people as he feels their pulses and has a better understanding of their priorities.

The former Ukwuani Council scribe who is also a grass root mobilize added that the governor is operating in the foreground and getting results “which is what our people desired” he added.

The Special Assistant to the Governor explained further that any student of leadership would understand that this is leadership in action, stressing that the Governor has never been satisfied with the status quo as he always sets the ball rolling forward, pointing out that Deltans should give him their full support and remain confident with the assurance that at the “end we will triumph together in the right direction”.

The president of the group Engr. Oyem said earlier in his speech, that the SSA Hon. Ebinum whom he described as a man of the people should replicate what he did during his tenure as the secretary to the Ukwuani Local Government in his new office, revealing that they are proud of him at all time.

He assured that they will always listen to his calls whenever he blows his whistles and support his cause because he has never let them down as their leader, assuring further that they will give Okowa’s administration maximum support.
